Area players headline All-GVVC girls team

After winning their first conference championship in 14 years, Bronaugh Lady Wildcats players Martell Moore, Taylor Stratford, and Amanda Raper were selected to the All-Golden Valley Vernon County Conference first team. Hume Lady Hornets junior point guard Brhett Mumma also garnered first team accolades.

Those making the teams, were selected by the head coaches from the seven GVVC schools: Ballard, Bronaugh, Hume, Miami, Montrose, Northeast Vernon County, and Sheldon.

All-GVVC first team girls

* Brhett Mumma, junior PG, Hume

* Martell Moore, senior G, Bronaugh

Swanson was selected to the Golden Valley Vernon County All-Conference first team. Also making the first team was NEVC senior Drue Hoagland. Earning GVVC second team honors was Swanson's teammate, Cody Hicks. In addition, Hume center Austin Sullins was selected to the second team.
