United Way seeks 2015 budget requests

The United Way of Vernon County is accepting budget requests for the upcoming 2015 United Way campaign.

Requests must be submitted by noon Friday, July 17, in order to be considered as a member agency for this year's drive.

Requests should include a brief history of the organization, approximately how many people are served in Vernon County, the amount requested, a detailed summary of how United Way money will be used, and your federal tax ID number.

All agencies requesting to be included must be currently exempt under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.

Requests should be mailed to the United Way of Vernon County, 201 East Cherry Street, Suite 203, Nevada, MO., 64772.
