Lady Tigers defeat Butler in home match

The Nevada Lady Tigers golf team hosted the Butler Lady Bears, as the teams squared off Thursday afternoon at Frank E. Peters Municipal Golf Course. The Lady Tigers topped Butler by 57 strokes, as they finished with an overall team score of 200.

Nevada nine-hole match individual results: Michael Jones, 43; Kaitlyn Richmond, 50; Mandy Crews, 50; Hannah Quitno, 57; and Kaitlynn Vincent, 68.

Jones' 43 was the low individual score, as she placed first, followed by Richmond and Crews, who finished in a tie for second. Quitno placed fifth, while Vincent finished in a tie for ninth.
