Hume defeats Bronaugh

The Hume Lady Hornets beat the Bronaugh Lady Wildcats in Hume 25-17 and 25-17, in a Tuesday night. Hume is 7-5 overall and 6-1 in GVVC play.

"The girls struggled a little with their serving, but played very good defense," Hume coach Delayna Thompson said. "All-in-all, it was a good game and great team effort."

For Hume, Karlee Metcalf finished with eight serving points, seven kills, and two aces; Hannah Swickhamer recorded seven serving points, six assists, and four aces; Megan Sutcliffe totaled six serving points, three kills, and an ace; Brhett Mumma netted seven kills ---- and Hannah Gorda three kills.
