Motley continued to give Hume problems as her kill gave the Indians a 19-10 edge. Another kill, this time from Marilyn Morris put Osceola in front 21-11.
Osceola then proceeded to rattle off four quick points, including a spike from sophomore Breanna Wood and an ace from Motley to close out the set.
"The first time my players experience volleyball is as freshmen," Thompson said. "Osceola starts in grade-school ---- it's a huge difference.
"I'm proud of how they played. They started out really well, then just struggled."
Osceola's Lily Brockus opened the first set with an ace followed by a Swickhamer kill for a 1-1 score.
Hume had a difficult time containing Wood on the front row as she racked up several kills during a run that saw Osceola's lead increase to 8-1.
