Seventh-grade Lady Tigers win Tri-County conference

With victories over Carl Junction and Neosho the Nevada Middle School seventh-grade girls basketball A-team clinched the Tri-County regular-season Conference championship.

Nevada (9-0 overall, 6-0 TCC) defeated Carl Junction 42-18 Monday night at Carl Junction. The NMS B-team beat Carl Junction 25-15.

The seventh-grade Lady Tigers continued their winning ways with a 22-17 victory over Neosho, Tuesday night at home. The B-team won 27-15.
