Semi roll-over blocks I-49 Thursday

A 1994 Kenworth tractor-trailer driven by Clark Caswell, 52, Wahpton, N.D., was heading south on I-49 when he went off the left side of the road and rolled on its left, blocking both southbound lanes of the Interstate just south of Compton Junction for about two hours. The driver was taken by ambulance to NRMC.
