NHS wrestling team competes at Carthage dual

The Nevada Tigers varsity and junior varsity wrestling teams traveled to Carthage for a Thursday evening dual, falling 49-30.

Dual results

* 106 pounds: Dalen Moore defeated Nevada's Vasant Goswami via fall, earning Carthage six team points.

* 113 pounds: Nick Norbury beat Nevada's Caylee Crews by fall, earning Carthage six team points.

* 120 pounds: Jhonny Granadeņo topped Nevada's Clay Landoll via 20-8 major decision, earning Carthage four team points.

* 126 pounds: Nevada's Dayton Miller beat Elder Reyes via fall, earning Nevada six team points.

* 132 pounds: Corben Pugh bested Nevada's Cristian Aguilar via 11-4 decision, earning Carthage three team points.

* 138 pounds: Nevada's Colton Shrewsbury beat Jordan Matthews by fall, earning Nevada six team points.

* 145 pounds: Markkel Moore topped Nevada's Coletan Shepard by fall, scoring Carthage six team points.

* 152 pounds: Open, scoring Carthage six team points.

*160 pounds: Caleb Archer over Nevada's Jacob Hammontree via fall, earning Carthage six team points.
