Nevada Middle School basketball round-up

The Nevada Tigers eighth A-basketball team fell to Fort Scott Middle School 32-27, Monday in Fort Scott. Nevada's Dalton Gayman finished with a team-high 12 points, while Austin Bash added 11. Nevada's B-team was defeated by FSMS 16-15. Kolby O'Connell tallied four points.

The A-team rebounded Tuesday night at El Dorado Springs, winning 41-28 to improve to 3-2 overall. Gayman contributed 13 points while Bash totaled 11.

The NMS seventh-grade team handed FSMS a 48-25 defeat at Fort Scott Monday to remain undefeated. The seventh-grade B-team was toppled 22-15.

The A-team defeated El Dorado Springs 43-21 Tuesday in El Do.
