Beshore, Hines break track-and field records

According to Nevada track-and-field coaches, while at the Tri-County Conference track-and-field meet in Joplin Thursday, NMS eighth-grader Calli Beshore broke her own school-record in the mile-run, with a time of 5:34, besting her previous time of 5:34.71.

Nevada seventh-grader Ben Hines recently broke the school record in the long jump at 17'7", surpassing the previous record of 17'5".
