You can "identify" as whatever you want, but you are not following my daughter into the bathroom

"Bad seed is a robbery of the worst kind: for your pocket-book not only suffers by it, but your preparations are lost and a season passes away unimproved." -- George Washington
I have decided that I have an identity problem. I have been living my entire life thinking I was an average American person, but have recently searched my inner self and discovered that I identify better as a rich person. Because of this identity crisis, and realizing how I have been discriminated against by the government for treating me like an average person, I will have to file suit against the government if they do not make me rich. If anyone believes that idea will work then come give me your money and help me with my identity problem!
The Department of Justice recently published a letter giving "guidance" to schools letting them know they need to let students use the bathroom that fits with the students "gender identity" rather than the actual sex of the person. This kind of thinking would shock me if it did not come from the same government that thinks 2 + 2 = print more money. Maybe this gives us some idea as to why our government officials cannot make any logical decisions.
We have terrorists planning their next attack on Americans, people are rioting in the streets and burning down buildings in the name of "free speech," and our government is spending its time and money trying to convince us the sex of a student can now change based on the "identity" of said student. If we keep going down this path we will not have different bathrooms in a few years, we will just have "general" bathrooms for everyone to share. The letter said it was written in an effort to "create classroom environments that are safe, nurturing, and inclusive for all of our young people."
Does letting some college guy use the girl's locker room to shower after a ball game sound safe and nurturing for our young people? I hope the president does not tell me to let people out of jail because inmates "identify" as a non-rapist or murderer!
This kind of thinking still goes back to this new idea that it is wrong to let anyone get offended for anything that is stupid. If it is not stupid, then you are not allowed to get offended. It offends me that people can throw rock and glass bottles at cops during riots and they are not allowed to throw something back. It offends me that people stomp on the American flag and burn it in the street and everyone just stands around and watches, and it offends me that our tax dollars are paying people to turn our country into a place that even has to debate the idea of people changing sex based on how they feel, but the government does not care about that.
Our world has grown soft and fragile and we are on the path to drown in the tears of the fragile people crying about something that offended them. I hope schools around the country do not give in to threats of the government withholding money, and I hope they know how many angry fathers will be showing up at their door if they hear a man has followed their daughter into a bathroom.
