Lady Tigers breeze past Clinton

The Nevada Lady Tigers easily dispatched the Clinton Lady Cardinals in Thursday night West Central Conference volleyball action. The two-set 25-19, 25-12 victory ups the Lady Tigers record to 15-7 overall (6-2 WCC).

The Lady Tigers were led by senior Megan Hold who recorded eight digs and seven kills, while McKinley Ellis dished out 11 assists. In addition, Adrian Bond chipped in with four aces and a pair of blocks.

JV and freshman games

The Lady Tigers junior varsity team (15-3) coasted to a two-set 25-16, 25-18 victory, while the NHS freshman squad (15-2) posted a 25-12, 25-13 victory.
