Lady Tigers set to make long awaited home debut
Three weeks after opening its season, the Nevada Lady Tigers are finally slated to make their home debut, with tip off set for 5:30 p.m., tonight against Archbishop O'Hara.
The Lady Tigers enter the West Central Conference basketball contest 3-3 overall and 1-2 in the WCC.
The girls varsity game will be followed by boys varsity basketball, as Nevada also plays host to O'Hara. The Tigers enter the contest 5-1 overall (2-1 WCC).
Festivities set to take place prior to the start of the boys varsity game, include: Girls youth camp basketball recognition, and Nevada R-5 School District Appreciation Night. Additionally, the Crimson Kickers are set to perform during halftime of both the boys and girls games.
Taking place simultaneously down the hall in the auxiliary gym, is a boys-girls junior varsity basketball doubleheader with O'Hara, as the boys game is scheduled to tip first at 5:30 p.m.
