Craig S. Beeman

Craig S. Beeman, 69, St. Joseph, Mo., formerly of Nevada, passed away Sunday, Dec. 31, 2017, at Riverside Place, St. Joseph. He was born July 16, 1948, to Richard Norman and Betty Lou (Craig) Beeman in Nevada. Craig married Janice Marie Leffert in 1970. She preceded him in death in 2009.

He was a middle school language arts and history teacher throughout his life. Craig worked at both Truman and Robidoux Middle Schools. He greatly enjoyed genealogy.

Craig was preceded in death by his mother and wife.

Survivors include his children, Josh Beeman, Annie Yoder (Jon) and Cassie Beeman; grandchildren, Jaden Beeman, Logan Beeman, Theron Yoder, Kellan Yoder and Jessie Cottrell; brother, Mike Beeman (Susan); sister, Claudia Martindale (Rick); father, Norman Beeman; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
