Panthers drill Ballard, 46-29

The Sheldon Panthers rolled to a 46-29 Golden Valley Vernon County conference victory over visiting Ballard, Friday night. The Panthers led 25-13 at halftime, before opening up a 38-21 lead entering the fourth. Sheldon opened the final frame with back-to-back baskets from guards Matt Bogart and Zavery Lamb, as the Panthers coasted to victory. With the Homecoming Night win, Sheldon improves to 6-4 overall and 3-0 in GVVC-play.

The Panthers were led by three players in double-figure scoring: junior forward Jason Leavell with 14, while Bogart and Lamb finished with 14 and 13 respectively.
