Community members and officers enjoy coffee and laughs at 'Coffee with a Cop'

Community members and officers with the Nevada Police Department mingled and spoke over coffee Thursday evening at Precision Coffee. The community event deemed "Coffee with a Cop" was an opportunity for citizens to connect with local law enforcement and promote positive interactions.

Lauren Longstreth was all smiles as she sat in the back of a patrol car at the "Coffee with a Cop" event. As friends looked on and laughed, it was noted that it was Longstreth's 24th birthday. Fortunately, Longstreth wasn't in any real trouble and could go on to celebrate her big day.
