Tiger Golfers begin their season at home

“No matter how good you play or how bad you play, just enjoy this day because it’s a God-given day.” Such was the encouragement of Coach Brian Leonard, a 20-veteran coach to the game of golf at Nevada High School. He also advised the athletes to appreciate the fact Missourians don’t get this kind of weather too often in March—a bright blue sky with temps registering 67 degrees, and wind speed of only 5mph. What more could a golfer want?
