A family meal for the team

The 2024 Nevada Griffons baseball team is pictured with Head Coach Aaron Hassell,far right. General Manager Kevin Williams has been with the Griffons for 24 years and said this season will have less games than normal due to the Joplin team leaving the league. Hassell said he played with the Griffons and was assistant coach prior to becoming head coach. Hassell and Williams joined the team in the annual welcome dinner with their host families catered at the St. Mary’s Church on Thursday, May 20. Hassell offered his sincere appreciation for all the host families do to make the season happen.
