Court of Appeals to hear oral arguments in Vernon County Republican Committee vs. county clerk Tuesday in Kansas City

Oral arguments are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Western District Court of Appeals in the case between the Vernon County Republican Committee and Chairperson Cyndia Haggard against Vernon County Clerk Adrienne Lee.
