Fourth of July children's parade is a 13-year neighborhood tradition

The 13th annual StoneGate Children’s Fourth of July Parade was Thursday morning with clear skies and plenty of streamers flying.

Thirteen years ago, when her granddaughter was 7 (now soon-to-be 20), Janet Erwin had an idea which has become a neighborhood tradition – the StoneGate Children’s Fourth of July Parade.
