Crowder College honors trailblazing chemist Dr. Rosemary Fowler upon retirement

After an illustrious career spanning 62 years in higher education, Dr. Rosemary Fowler, a trailblazer in the field of chemistry and beloved adjunct instructor at Crowder College, has retired. Her tenure at Crowder College marks the culmination of a distinguished journey that began at Texas Women’s University and included significant roles at institutions such as Cottey College, where she spent 33 years, and Crowder College, where she served for 13 years. She was also a department chair for 4 years at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and worked at Cameron University for 5 years.
