Green Wing event teaches youth about duck hunting

Just beyond Compton Junction is a hidden piece of land forested by tall pines and graced with a private lake known as Elks Lake. Owned and maintained by the Nevada Elks Club (thus the name), it was donated for the day on Saturday to the area Ducks Unlimited Association for their youth Green Wing program.
