Middle school boys offered The Man Up Initative

Man Up Club’s first guest speaker was Nevada’s own Kevin McKinley speaking about what it means to be a Nevada Tiger in terms of character and ethics.

Nevada Middle School Assistant Principal Mason Heard typically gets the challenging cases, the disciplinary problems and class disruptions – it just comes with the job description. But this year Heard, also a former teacher and coach, has implemented his obvious passion for helping young middle school boys grow into responsible and self-sufficient young men through a new club: The Man Up Initiative.
