Tigers tame Wildcats at Cassville – survive late comeback

The Nevada Tigers traveled to Cassville to take on the Wildcats in Big 8 Conference gridiron play Friday night. Nevada came into the contest 5-1 after winning a road contest last week vs Lamar, 20-19. Cassville had dropped a road decision last Friday to Mt. Vernon 35-28. The Nevada Tigers held on to their Top 10 Class 4 ranking where they currently sit at the seventh spot.
