Ken "Kenny" Allen Porter
Ken "Kenny" Allen Porter, 55 of Higginsville, Missouri passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2024, at his home in Higginsville, Missouri. Kenny was born Friday, November 7, 1969 to the late Al Porter and the late Bessie (Clemons) Porter in Stanton, Michigan.
Kenny graduated from Stanton High School in 1986.
Kenny was working as a Sanitation Engineer for Republic Trash Service at the time of his passing. Kenny’s family was very important to him and he enjoyed every minute with them. He loved to fish and to go camping with them as much as he could. Kenny loved to watch car races, especially the modified stock cars or monster truck races. Kenny had a love and a passion for animals. His love for animals came from him being a farmer for many years. It didn’t matter if it was livestock, a wild animal, or a domestic animal he loved them. His enjoyment for animals and natures made him a natural to always want to watch a “good western show” with his family. Kenny is to be remembered as a 1950’s cowboy type of person who was always in his boots and western shirts. His love and cherished memories will be remembered by all that loved and knew him.
Surviving his passing are fiancé; Stacey Owen, son; Ryan Allen Porter, daughter; Hailey Newman, brother; Dallas Porter, sister; Brandy Porter, special friends Mike and Barbara Fisher. Kenny is preceded in death by his parents.
