House in Sheldon provides safe haven for foster children

Current Fostering Hope Caring Closet is a house in Sheldon, which will be converted to a safe holding area while homes are found for foster children.

Builders, unite! No, that’s not meant as a call to a revolution. Rather, a small but very important storage building is going to be “barn-raised” in what is becoming a child advocacy section of Sheldon. Angie Coy, area director of Fostering Hope, took time out of her busy day of parenting eight adopted children to explain.
