Tigers Win Streak Now at Four after Defeating Seneca

Nevada played host to Seneca in Big 8 Conference play on Tuesday night at Wynn Gymnasium. The Tigers have won six of their last 8 contests since the Christmas break including a current hot streak of three in a row. Nevada came into the contest at 13-4, averaging 52 points per game and giving up 46 on defense. Meanwhile, Seneca (7-9) was averaging 54 ppg on offense while allowing 61 ppg on defense. Nevada has won 10 of the last 15 games dating back to 2010 however Seneca have taken the last 4 contests in a row.
