Lady Tigers defeat Center High School in Opening Round District Play

The 15-7 Nevada Lady Tigers began district tournament play in Pleasant Hill vs the Center High School Lady Yellowjackets on Tuesday night. Center, 9-17, came into the contest averaging 33 points per contest on offense while giving up 46 ppg on defense. Nevada averages 43 points per game on offense and give up 39 points defensively. Nevada has won the last 7 of 11 contests between the two programs dating back to 2015.
