Sammy Joe Wynn, of Vinita, Okla., passed away Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012. Sam was born on Oct. 23, 1945, in Welch, Okla., to Ted and Velma (Beaves) Wynn. Sam was a graduate of Welch High School, Miami NEO, and Pittsburg State University. While attending PSU, sister Frances introduced Sam to Jennifer Terry. He was united in marriage to Jennifer in Joplin, Mo., on Jan. 27, 1967...
