Lester L. Barker, 73, of Cabool, Mo., passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at his home. He was born on June 12, 1941, in Nevada, Mo., the son of Harry and Wilma (Young) Barker. Les grew up in Nevada where he attended and graduated from high school. Shortly after graduation he joined the U.S. Marines and proudly served his country in Vietnam.
