Jerrold Tyler Biggs, 18, of Nevada, has been arrested in connection with a March 17 report of an apartment burglary and motor vehicle tampering. Nevada Police report that they have concluded their investigation into the incident, which occurred in the 1200 block of North Elm Street, during the late evening hours of March 17. Police were notified of the crimes the next morning when the victim determined that property had been stolen...
