Leland Everett Tracy, 85, of Belton, Mo., passed away at Ashton Court in Liberty, Mo., Sunday, Aug. 30, 2015. Leland was born Aug. 5, 1930, in McDonald, Kan., the son of Leland Springer and Dorothy Nadine (Peak) Tracy.
