The Nevada Tigers freshman baseball team opened its season Tuesday with a 9-2 (five inning) victory over the visiting Bronaugh Wildcats. Bronaugh starting pitcher Joe Mader experienced some control issues early, hitting Will Johnson and walking Logan Bradley in the bottom of the first inning.
