On Monday morning, in the circuit courtroom of Vernon County, Douglas Derry, age 31, of Nevada, appeared before Associate Circuit Judge James V. Nichols and pleaded guilty to amended charges in three separate cases. Judge Nichols sentenced Derry to concurrent sentences, the longest of which is 15 years in state prison plus restitution in the amount of $5,817.50...
