Christian Novak looks to be a perfect fit for her new title as Cottey Comet assistant softball coach. Novak, Nevada High School’s all-time wins leader (66), led the Lady Tigers to the program’s lone state championship as a sophomore in 2010, compiling a 22-4 overall record and sub-1 earned run average.
