Donald Lloyd Fritter, 84, a resident of Springfield, Mo., passed away Friday, Aug. 23, 2019, at the James River Nursing and Rehab Center in Springfield. He was born Oct. 29, 1934, in Eve, Mo., the son of Lewis William Fritter and Stella Lucille Gardner Fritter. He married Jan Faulconer Hillier on Nov. 7, 1975.
