Nevada High's Lady Tiger tennis squad dropped a Big 8 Conference cross-division road-match to the Mount Vernon Mountaineers on Thursday. The 57th Annual Vernon County 4-H Chicken Barbeque is on tap from 5-8 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 3, and is the lone major fundraising event for county’s 4-H program.
