Mary Evelyn Dickey, 79, Nevada, Mo., passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019, at Moore-Few Care Center, in Nevada, following a lengthy illness. Evelyn was born Dec. 6, 1939, in Liberal, Mo., to Wilfred Carl and Minnie Lorraine (Winship) Venable. She was united in marriage to Billy R. Dickey on Aug. 20, 1957, in Lamar, Mo., and he preceded her in death on Sept. 28, 2017...
