I have been thinking a lot about shoes recently. A visiting great grandchild had a new pair of shoes and the size was just one smaller than I wear. And I have big feet! It reminded me that just a few short years ago, her little feet would fit into my hand with room to spare. Now she can wear some of my old shoes without any trouble. Of course, she has also grown taller in these years, but somehow that didn?t startle me as much as the fact that her shoes were almost as large as mine are...
