The Calvary Christian Eagles lost to the Association of Christian Homeschool Fellowship Lady Lions on Monday. ACHF of Joplin, Mo., defeated the Eagles 25-16, 25-20, at the Nevada YMCA. Calvary, led by Heather Rippetoe's seven points, fell to 6-6. The Calvary junior varsity (1-6) suffered a 25-22, 25-17 defeat to ACHF. The Nevada Tiger eighth-grade "A" volleyball team, the Southwest Conference Tournament champion, capped its season on a winning note. The "A" squad (14-3-1) defeated Lamar 25-17, 25-5.
