Seniors treated to a tour of the Neal Center

In the top photo, a group of area seniors got their first look inside the Neal Center during a tour conducted by Nevada Parks and Recreation Director Carol Branham on Thursday. The building will serve as Nevada's new senior center, which is nearly completed. Below that is an outside view of the center. Carnival extends stay in town to meet demand

Children of all ages turned out for the carnival during Red Ribbon Week as the group stayed longer than it originally intended to stay. The additional time in town was unplanned , but the turnout was exceptional, according to carnival organizers.
