I had a glorious week. I was with 45 people and about half of them were older than I. I know many who are reading this will think that doesn't mean much. But I have been noticing more and more that in many gatherings I look around and realize that I am either the oldest one there, or I am among the oldest ones. Troy Moore, a sixth grader from Sheldon R-VIII, recently read all 20 chapter books from the Mark Twain Award Nominees list. Troy is the son of Debbie Lessman and Tony Moore. This award is named after the Missouri author, Mark Twain. Missouri schools are proud of this award because the students vote on the winner. ...
